Because it was a young couple, we wanted to give them fresh and bolder interior.
Compared to the original design of a developer, for us was the best solution connecting a dining table to an islet. We solved the situation with originally laid tiles in the kitchen which we adapted and harmonized with a champagne colour of the islet.
We could place the fridge together with the food cupboard and other storage space around perimeter of the room and also behind the sofa. We wanted to imaginary divide the kitchen part and living part so the built-in wine cupboard helped us. We placed it into the overall black „block“
As a dominant element of the apartment there are wooden slats, which are sliding in the bookcase and fixed in the living room and also in the bedroom.
Another important landmark of this apartment are lights, specifically ceiling spotlights in two colours, concrete light above the dining table and flexible iconic lamp Artemide Tolomeo in a black colour above the islet.
We didn´t avoid a necessary change of the door to the living room from an opening glass door to a sliding fixed door and also a change of the door to the hall from glass to firm, which were far more better.
We didn´t have to perform construction work, but it was necessary to do a complete layout of wiring and water especially in the kitchen and living room.
Main colors of the apartment: white, black, champagne, natural oak
Used materials: laminate, solid wood, iron construction
